Penny for your Thoughts -( YV Stainless Chardonnay)  No Oak.  A Smooth Velvety Chardonnay with Crisp Fruit Notes.
 
​Camp Creek Clear -Stainless Chardonnay) Unique like our local Camp Creek, this medium-bodied Chardonnay fermented and aged in stainless steel for bright green apple flavors, refreshing acidity, and a crisp finish.
 

 

Red Wines

Poplar Springs (Primitivo Rosé )  Italian Grape also known as Zinfandel. An Earthy and Rustic Dry Rosé with chewy Tannins. Enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.   LOW INVENTORY
 
Roaring River Red- (Merlot) Subtle earthy notes of this Merlot  are balanced with youthful tannins and bright acidity integrated thoroughly to its finish. Mild spice notes of black peppercorn and dried herbs complement and meld with nuanced oak and fruit flavors of red current and red plum.
 
Bridge Street (Chilean Amarone blend) Wine made from partially dried grapes blended with a local Merlot. A very deep and full bodied dry wine with hints of plum, cherry and blackberry.
 
​Cordeaux   “BIG RED” (Petite, Tannat, Merlot) Tannic and Dark.Meant for Aging.  3 Grapes originating from France. Petit Verdot  40%  plentiful color, tannin and floral aromas of violet.
Tannat 40%  contains some of the highest levels of antioxidants in any wine.
erlot  20 %   a juicy, elegant, and versatile red grape variety.

Mystic Vision—(Argentina Malbec, Bonarda, Syrah, Merlot) This dry, medium-body wine boasts intense aromas of red currants, black raspberries, hints of oak, and pepper spice, with rounded tannins and a toasted vanilla finish.

Pick of the Litter (YV Malbec/Merlot) This is a medium-bodied Red Blend which is anchored by deep tannins. and come together to produce a truly balanced and versatile red wine.  70% Malbec, 30% Merlot.

Bubba Lou's Choice - (Strawberry, Raspberry Grapefruit Blush Wine) Enjoy a fresh twist on sangria. This refreshing rosé features flavors of juicy, just-picked strawberry and raspberry with a hint of grapefruit making this a delightful sipper. Pairs well with watermelon and feta salad, spinach and strawberry salad, or fish tacos and mango salsa.
